She was the start-up entrepreneur for Tucson, Arizona, based Circuit Technology Search and the Wall Street operation
Cornell Group International, all of which were subsequently sold, the most recent being Cornell Associates. Her
B2B services now include business consultant, broker, and advisor working with companies who want to expand,
sell, merge, joint venture or need specialized training or other consulting services delivered by someone who
has been there!
Companies small and large, including Fortune 500 firms, have reached out to her to find the talent they
needed to keep their competitive edge. Her skills at assessing talent and guiding both employer and candidate
through the challenges in hiring are well known. Ms. Cornell offers excellent knowledge and can provide the

technology sectors. Also she was past chair of the Hudson Valley Technology Development Center; endorsed by
Council of Industry of southeastern New York. Her technical expertise in high tech industries is unparalleled.

Her knowledge of Health Care has been enhanced by her service to Elant, Inc. a health care system with 1300
employees and serving over 3500 individuals a day. Currently serving as Chairperson she is a driving force in

Ms. Cornell was the chairman of the Orange County Partnership, an Orange County, NY private, not-for-profit,
economic development agency that has gained national recognition for excellence in it's field.
